Nice Pictures From Another Old Book

These pictures are from New Brunswick and its Scenery: a Tourists’ and Anglers’ Guide to the Province of New Brunswick, by John R. Hamilton, published in Saint John in 1874. The photographs were all by James Notman, and may have been from his collection rather than having been shot for the book. I would therefore date the photographs as probably ca. 1864 to no later than 1874.
